Programmatically detect TV display resolution and video range

Can I programmatically determine if the TV connected to a 4K Apple TV supports 4K and HDR? When I entable Settings > Developer > Playback HUD on Apple TV, I can see the desired info in the text overlayed on the video player. Can I get that info from my app? My product owners want to know how many customers have 4K/HDR capable TVs before investing in encoding that content.
