Where can I track my Mapkit JS usage limits?

Further, we actually hit the cap of 25,000 service calls in a day and this just breaks the integration throwing an error until the next day.

Where can we buy more API calls please?

Great there is now a MapKit JS Dashboard to track usage etc.

However, when I try to log in; I'm told...

This Apple ID cannot be used for this service. Please create a new Apple ID.

...Why can I not use my Apple ID? Why should I need to create another Apple ID to use the dashboard? Don't understand! Confusing!

Any advice on this one?
