P2P Apple Pay native in app

Hi! I’m working on an app that allows users to buy services directly in the app. Is there a way to use Apple Pay to have User A send User B within my app, without me being the middle man? Thank you

You're not really a middleman when it comes to the funds/exchange....you're just holding the door while the transaction occurs. You don't handle the monies.
