Set Leaderboard to Live | Apple Developer Forums

I'm trying to activate the leaderboards for a couple of apps I'm developing. I've created the leaderboards etc, but they both set to Not Live.

How do I set them to Live? There doesn't seem to be some obvious way to do this.
