How to get SchoolWork app on my iPad?

I read the guide on how to get started in classkit.

Is it 100% that I can get the app?

How much time till I can get it?

I'm in the same boat. I put in a request a while back, but never heard from Apple. When I called about it, they told me Schoolwork wasn't available yet, but now I see there's people here able to test it. I submitted another resource request so maybe I'll hear back on that.
