How long does it take for bank information to be reviewed?

Hi!

I'm working with a client for whom I'm setting up in-app purchases (I'm using https://github.com/dooboolab/react-native-iap) and I keep getting an empty array back, even though I followed used the following info to set things up (it's my first time using IAPs):

I asked her if she could make sure everything is properly setup in the contracts section, so she went ahead and put in her banking info, but her bank wasn't in the accepted ones, so she submitted a form to have that approved.

Can anyone here let me know:

a) if the banking info needs to be properly completed before I can start testing IAPs (i.e. that is why I'm getting an empty array)

b) how long it usually takes for Apple to verify bank info
