Got your request couldn't be completed when user want to resubscribe

I got a situation which user cancel his current subscription and try to re-subscribe in the iTunes manage page before his current subscription was not expired yet. The user got the alert "Your request couldn't be completed. Try again later".

I'm not sure it is iTunes issue or any setting problem.


I've implemented the auto-renewable purchase items in our product. (period: 1month, 6months, 1year)

And I've changed the 1year plan item price for promotion. Another problem is if the user purchased the lower-price plan, which has been closed right now. And if the user cancels first, and want to re-subscribe the year plan, which price he will be charged?
