I am working on an iOS application that also has bluetooth External Accessory implementation. As stated here, if the application is not installed on the iPhone and the BL device is paired with it, iOS will prompt the user to install the application from the App Store.
The exact statement is this one: "If no app supports the connected accessory, the system may choose to launch the App Store and point out apps that do."
That works fine but only once. If the user deletes the app from the iPhone, when pairing again, the alert doesn't appear again untill the OS is reset.
Is this how it supposed to work? Is there an official documentation stating how that should work?
I tested on iOS 10.3.3 and iOS 11.3.
