App is already installed in our device. At the same time when an update comes in the app store for the app with the new launch screen image. User updates it from the app store, the old launch screen is visible not the new one. This issue exists in both live app and debug app. It is happening on all the iOS Devices.
If any solution is available please provide.

We see this also. This is a serious bug to us. I just reported this as a bug. It seems to be widely known but I haven't found any real good fix; the only way seem to be delete of app + restart of device. Have you found any workaround? Hello there, have you got any ideas? I encounter the same problem in iOS11.4. And I have checked the Snapshots in Sandbox, both new and old launch screen files were generated, but it is always the old one to be displayed...
