I am about to launch a new game to the app store. I have successfully created two leaderboards on iTunes connect using Game Center, however, I am unable to create any more leaderboards.
To describe the issue I am having: I log onto iTunes connect, go to features and click on the "+" button next to leaderboards. I am able to successfully fill out the leaderboard data, however, when I click on the "Save" button I am redirected to a loading page where nothing happens. The loading page will often just display a square in the middle of the page and load for hours and then do nothing. I am scratching my head as to why this issue is persisting, as I was able to successfully create multiple leaderboards before iTunes connect stopped working.
I am able to create achievements still as I have created 15+ so far. I have tried adding new leaderboards over the space of several days and I have been unable to do so. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
