BLE pairing on WatchOs

Is it possible to pair a non health (custom service) BLE device to an Apple watch. I am able to connect and communicate with the device via CoreBluetooth when pairing is disabled, but when pairing is enabled, connection seems to be refused.

Best regards

I think found part of the answer myself, by sniffing the BLE packets.

WatchOS seems to only support Display as I/O option during pairing. When pairing to a device with no I/O options, as a result only Just Works pairing seems possible.

Question now is whether it is possible to do BLE pairing with MITM protection enabled, between BLE device with no I/O capabilities and an Apple Watch ?

Hey Anders, I've make the same experience like your post. Have you got new experience about this topic?
