As many others we have enrolled to the Apple small business program and now benefiting from reduced Apple fees. We might have a potential buyer for our app, but we don’t want to sell the company (it does many other projects), only this one app. Obviously we are worried how not to loose our small business program discount. Is there a way we can transfer the app, keep our company and the new owner still benefits from the reduced Apple fees?
