Hello I cannot open any .xcodeproj because of the same problem: xcworkspace could not be opened.Anyone knows how to fix this? thanks

Hello I am trying to write socket programming in c. I have the error:Error: failed to init socket: Operation not permittedfrom:sockfd = socket(AF_INET, SOCK_RAW, protocol->p_proto);It worked last night but not today. I have tried grant permission in system preference to terminal and restart my macbook but it is not working. My machine is running macOS Catalina 10.15.4Thank you if anyone can help! I really need some help. Thank you.
