Both off and unconnected are CBCentralManagerStatePoweredOff.I use core location didRangeBeacons to collect beacon information,when Bluetooth is off, didRangeBeacons cannot collect beacon information.but DidRangeBeacons can collect beacon information when Bluetooth is not connectedSo can I distinguish between off state and unconnected state
