We have recently do an app transfer from old account to a new account. Our app contains today extensions and watchkit extensions.We find that the AppIDs of the extensions in the developer portal have not transferred to the new account. We are not able to submit new app because we the AppIDs of the extension have not exist in the portal of the new account. May we know anyway we could transfer the AppIDs of the extension from old developer portal to new portal? Thanks very much!RegardsWilliam

Our customer has reported that he has subscribe our service and pay. However, from their receipt of the apple ID, we cannot find their purchase Info.Any possible cause for this case? and is that any way we can check the customer’s purchase info? Thanks very much!
