I'm trying to get International Phonetic Alphabet symbols on iOS13.1.3, iPhone X. But seems like this feature is not working anymore. I see audiowave, and when it's done no symbols appeared in substitution field. It worked correctly with iOS 12. Is this a known bug? Maybe there's a workaround to get IPA?
