Xcode 10.3 not generating coverage

Xcode stoped generating coverage report. It gives following error:Failed to generate coverage for target 'ACPAnalytics.framework' at path /Users/..... /ACPAnalytics: Unrecognized MachO magic numberFailed to generate coverage for target 'Main.app' at path /Users/Main.app/MainApp: Malformed instrumentation profile data

How to properly integrate profiling iOS app into CI/CD pipeline?

I am looking for tools or scripts to profile app during nightly build producing report to document the app performance. Can anyone recommend the best way to achieve this?
