Can’t open links in new tab in Safari

Installed iPadOS 13 dev Beta 4 and now can't open any links in a new tab in Safari - the option has simply disappeared. Anyone have similar issue?

Accessibility options missing in iOS 13 Dev Beta v4

I can’t seem to find the accessibility options in the settings app under General anymore in iOS 13 Dev Beta v4. When I do a search in the settings app a number of accessibility results show up but tapping on them does not take me to the accessibility options menu. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Cannot enable private browsing in Safari

I installed the iPadOS Beta today on my iPad and there's no button/control to enable private browsing in Safari. Anyone else have this issue?Private browsing was working just fine on iOS 12.x before I updated to iPadOS Beta. I can also enable private browsing just fine on an iPhone running iOS 13 beta.
