Test Flighting an iOS 13 Beta App

I want TestFlight an app that I'm bulding for iOS 13 (with iPadOS beta 4 to be specific) but I'm not seeing it come up as build on my TestFlight in the App Store Connect. Do I have to have the Test Flight Beta as well (Test Flight 2.6 beta 2 currently)? If so, any idea on how long it takes to get access to it? Thanks!Mike

iPadOS 13 Beta dropping internet on iPad Pro 12.9 2nd Generation

Hi guys,Is anyone having issues with your internet dropping with the iPadOS13 Beta? I've done all the usual including trying my neightbors wiFi connection. It seems like the iPad connects at times but it drops suddently so much that I'm not able to even reset it as I have to provide it my iCloud credentials. I'm pretty much stuck. Any recommendations?Cheers,Mike
