User Profile

Using Xcode 10.1 on Mojave I am attempting to add an Account in Preferences. I choose Bitbucket Server, and provide my https:// URL, user name and password. When I hit Sign In, I get a red message "The server version could not be determined." beneath the "Sign in to your Bitbucket Server account". The current project is under git control with that account, and I can use the Source Control menu items to push to the server without issue. (The first time pushing to the server required me to provide credentials, but they seem to be saved such that I no longer need to provide credentials when pushing.) Even after successfully pushing, I do not have the account listed in preferences and still cannot add it. Does anyone know how I can get the account listed properly in preferences?
