Ever since I upgraded to macOS 10.13.4 Beta (17E150g) I have lost the ability to drag and drop bookmarks from the address bar or from the Bookmarks Sidebar.1. I have always been able to click on the small site icon in the left side of address bar and drag it anywhere to create a shortcut to a URL. This no longer works. In fact the cursor does not even turn into a + symbol indicating such functionality is possible.2. I save a lot of bookmars to folder in the Bookmark Sidepanel, and have always been able to drag an entire forlder to the Finder, which then contains shortcuts to all the enclosed boomarks. I could then manipulate the shortcuts (for example sort them alphabetically) and then drag them back into the side bar. This no longer works. In this case the cursor does change to a + sign, seemingly allowing for this operation, but when I release the mouse button, nothing happens.Any ideas what could be happening?
