How does Apple test OKTA sign in

Hi, We are looking at updating one of our apps so that there would be an internal, OKTA verifies sign in section for employees only. The app already has a section for the public to log in to their accounts. I am wondering if this would need our company to have the enterprise account? As i'm unsure how Apple would go about testing the new area of the app without OKTA credentials. Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.

What is the difference between "Remove from Sale" and "Delete App"

Hi, Is there any significant difference between removing the app from sale and deleting the app completlety from a user perspective. From what I have read we would give up the app and sku name. For people who have already downloaded the application, will they still be able to access the last version whether it is deleted, I know they can fro removed from sale.Just trying to understand the difference between the two options.Thanks
