ColorPicker does not reflect change in IDE

Appears that if a color has alpha (less than 1.0), in the colorpicker, attempts to change the color will not result in the IDE change in the property inspector or on XIB interface,Please investigateXCode Version 11.3.1 (11C504)Thanks,Samuel
