I had an inquiry from a developer who wanted to use an app name that I used in a foreign language. I agreed to change the App Information>Localizable Information>Name and resubmit the app. Although the updated app is now on the App Store, the developer still cannot use the original name. Do the names remain locked forever? Is there a solution to this?
