Tap on button in Today Widget opens the app (on long press APP Icon) after iOS 13.2.

I have a button in today widget which perform certain action, in iOS 13.1 and before its working fine as a shortcut and not opening the app, but post 13.1 (13.2, 13.4, 13.5) it opens the app any idea about this ?

AppIntentVocabulary not working

Hi,I was trying to integrate Siri to get workimg with my application for logging medication.As a paramter, I am using Siri to get which medication the user wants to log.I want to be able to add medicine names as vocabulary, so that Siri can identify those.I have added pronounciation and words in appIntentVocabulary. However it doesnt seem to work.Could you let me know what I am missing here
