Error for Denial of Service

As per developer doc under " Best Practices for Managing Connections ", It is given that "APNs treats rapid connection and disconnection as a denial-of-service attack.".Is there an specific error thrown from APNs in case of "denial-of-service attack"Please reply.Thanks in advance

Am getting "TooManyProviderTokenUpdates" for a Provider Authentication Token after 60 mins. But we expect "ExpiredProviderToken" error

From a provider, we create a provider token and send messages for a long time.After one hour we were getting "TooManyProviderTokenUpdates" error message, but we expect "ExpiredProviderToken".From APNs documentation, each APNs provider authentication token has validity interval of one hour. So After one hour, we should get "ExpiredProviderToken" token error.Please help in this regard.Thanks in advance
