On Catalina beta 8 and 9, I've been unable to save files to the Downloads folder using various web browsers, including Safari 13.0.1. The error dialog shows: <Browser> could not download the file “<name of file>” because the disk doesn’t have enough free space. The disk has plenty of free space. Using "Save As..." to save the file elsewhere on the disk works. It smells like some kind of User Data Protection interference.1. Has anyone else observed this behavior?2. Is there a fix I've missed? None of the browsers have a checkbox for Downloads in System Preferences / Security & Privacy / Privacy / Files and Folders.
