User Profile

Hi all, Every time I double click on anything it takes a couple of seconds to actually do something (open the associated program or folder in case of a dmg file). Is anyone else seeing this? I posted an example on Youtube but for some reason can't post the link here... Thanks for any ideas, Pyer
