Hello Apple Team, There is an issue with two of our Apps named "SkillSignal ID" and "SkillSignal" App Id: 1454405732 App Name: SkillSignal ID App Id: 1413162982 App Name: SkillSignal Context: Whenever we upload a build to the App store and it is approved by the App store, it becomes available for the consumers for use. So ideally the Consumers get a pop - up in the SkillSignal App which notifies them about the update available for a newer version. Issue: Consumer is using the version 5.0.10. So whenever the consumer is on a mobile data network and receives a pop - up notification for a newer update available (of 5.0.11) and the consumer then updates to a newer version (5.0.11) staying on the mobile data network itself. then the consumer switches to the Wifi network. So now when on the Wifi network, a pop - up notification again appears in the newly updated app. the pop - up notifies the consumer that there is an update available with the version 5.0.10. So the App shows a false pop up notification for an available update and also the available update version is shown as an older version than the one available on the phone and the app store (5.0.11). and when the Consumer again switches to the Mobile data network, the notification pop - up does not appear. but when again switched to wifi network, the notification pop up appears. I am attaching a video of the issue occurrence in SkillSignal App for your reference. Similar issue occurs in SkillSignal ID App too. We believe that this issue is from Apple's end. This is affecting the usage of the app by the consumer. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank You Steps to Recreate: Connect to Mobile Data Network Launch the App named SkillSignal with version number 5.0.10 Login and it redirects to home screen automatically So now if a new update is available (5.0.11), you should receive an notification pop - up regarding the same Click on Update, it redirects to App store page of SkillSignal App Update the SkillSignal App Come back to SkillSignal App & access app Switch to Wifi Network and again open app You will receive the notification pop up notifying that a new new update is available with version number 5.0.10 10. Click on Update button and you will be taken to the App store page of SkillSignal where you can see that there is no update available Switch to the Mobile Data Network Come back to SkillSignal App You won't receive the notification pop up notifying that a new new update is available Again Switch to the Wifi network. You will now receive the notification pop up notifying that a new new update is available with version number 5.0.10
