iOS / iPAD detect change in auto time

I'm working on an enterprise application where it works in offline mode also and I need to save some data along with system time. So, here I need to detect whether the user enabled the "Set Automatically" in the Date & Time settings or not. Need your Suggestions.

Is there a way to find whether the user using Date & Time as Auto or Manual.

Is there a way to find whether the user using Date & Time as Auto or Manual.i.e., to find General -> Date & Time -> Set Automatically is ON or OFF.
