Time of Day Shortcuts working in Beta 3?

Are Time of Day Shortcuts working in Beta 3 for anyone? I can't seem to get them to do anything at all. No action, no notification, no nothing. Am I missing something? I've read that these time of day triggered actions won't run automatically and will get prompted. But I'm not even seeing a prompt. Just nothing!Jeff

iOS Dev Beta 2 iTunes for Windows Compatibility

Now that Apple released a OTA profile for iOS 13 Beta 2, devices can be updated without a Mac OS machine. Will an updated iOS 13 beta 2 iPhone be able to communicate and sync with the current iTunes for Windows 10, V 12.9.5.7? Hs anyone tried?Jeff

After I do an OTA update to iOS 13 Dev Beta 2, will the updated device be able to sync with the current iTunes for Windows, 12.

So I know I can now update devices OTA with the profile released today. But after I upgrade, will iTunes for Windows recognize the device to allow me to sync?Jeff
