How to permanently allow usage of camera in our CUSTOM iOS app

How to permanently allow usage of camera in our CUSTOM iOS app post v14.0 , Camera alert is seen again and again for same session despite giving the Camera permissions in settigns.

Capture Photo in our developed iOS APP> pop up of 'Allow Camera' is coming up Randomly

hi All, We ahev developed a IOS app to capture the picture of visitors , issue is when we initiate the PICTURE Capture in our developed iOS APP> pop up of 'Allow Camera' is coming up Randomly as seen below . We ahev given all permisisons for the APP to access the camera , but thius alert is coming randomly. Need help urgently .
