handleOutboundData() not getting triggered ?

For macosIn sample code for content filter from wwdc2019 i have override a method called handleInboundData().As far i think it must get called automatically ?But it is not getting called !!!What's wrong ?

NEFilterBrowserFlow not available for macos? Is there any other way I can access http request object content ??

I am trying to use NEFilterBrowserFlow for macos?? But found that it is not availble for macos. Is there any way i can use access http request object for macos ?? Thanks !!
