Any Way To Restore Journal App in iOS 17 beta 2

I accidentally deleted the Apple Journal app this morning. Is there any way to restore it back in to the OS? Thank You

Locking Notes Stored On iPad

Afore updating to iPadOS 13 developer beta 8 yesterday I am no longer given an icon to lock notes stored on my local device -- that option still appears on Notes I'm storing in the cloud. Items that were previously locked & stored on my local iPad are no longer locked and I do not see an option to lock them.What's going on? Is this a "new security feature" or a bugThank you!-- John

12.4 XS Max Not Showing Text Notification

Since downloading Developer beta 2, my iPhone XS Max is no longer displaying that iMessage(s) have been received on the iPhones screen. I get the “sound” I’ve picked but no visual clue that the phone has received any messages.
