Developer membership not activated

i am a wwdc20 swift student challenge winner , i am 21 years old i live in Egypt , my account should be activated but i don't know why it's not , i have contacted the swiftstudentchallenge support via email and i got no reply , can anyone help ?

an error occurred while installing the selected updates

the software update window on mac says "The package "%@" is missing or invalid . and thats after being stuck on 9.56GB of 9.56GB
