spam filters on masked emails?

Does apple apply it’s own filters to detect spam etc. on emails sent to masked email addresses, or does it just forward all emails to the original email address without filtering out emails?

If customer has an account with their real email address, and they use Apple sign in with masked email address to create another account on our site, what happens when customers click on 'unsubscribe' from the marketing emails they receive in their inbox.

For promotional emails sent to masked email addresses, do we get notification back on email opens, clicks etc.
