iOS 15 Camera Error when safari is in the background or notification center

Hi, I'm using a camera for RTC. Since updating to iOS 15, there has been an error in the camera. When the notification center is opened or the safari is in the background state, a problem occurs in that the web page is reloaded. It's a problem that didn't happen on iOS 14

How to ignore scribble

Hi! I update to ios14 and suddenly a large number of my PointerEvents on my iPad webview go missing. Disabling scribble (Settings -> Apple Pencil -> Scribble) on the iPad stops the behavior so it definitely seems related. But I want to ignore scribble and to solve this problem without modifying the settings. How can I solve the scribble problem?

IAP Receipt data still exsits when app reinstalled

Hi.  iTunes ID and Sandbox ID were logged out, then deleted the app from the device not emulator. And build xCode and reinstalled again. But IAP receipt that i read still remains when app did loaded. Why???
