User Profile

I have the App Manager user role permission on AppStoreConnect for certain apps, to which I want to grant access other users access to as well. According to the User & Roles definition for App Manager, I should able to manage users access to the apps I manage.On the App Information page for the App, using the "Edit User Access". I want to keep the app limited to some users, so "Limited access" selected. However, adding users here throws an error message "Only some of your user access preferences were saved. Select which users you want to limit and try again". If I cancel at this point, I also lose access to the app. What am I missing?It is a real inconvenience to add the app to the users' profiles, especially if there are multiple users. I'm using this as a workaround, but this feels like an bug
