True Always On Mode for My App

I want create an app that can update its fullscreen data constantly. Now I can't run always active app because if I will turn my wrist against user then app data became freezed and I can see only current time on the display. What I should write in my code for always active app? (For latest apple watch 5 on watchOS 6.x)

How can I make always active app?

I need create app that will not freezed after my wrist turns back. Now any app will sent to background if you turn your wrist back or wait 15 seconds for display auto blocking. As example, the Siri not deactivates when turn wrist. So may be exist some soft methods for create same, always on, app?
