I understand's Apples goal to use latest OS and latest hardware to reduce issues, have new features, improved performance, etc., But Apple should not drown users using old devices and they are not rich like Apple and some rich peoples to buy New devices every year or few years! Some users use single device for their life time! Money is still needed! When money goes off Apple is number one In some I know!
Also have to note due to this issue everybody is jumping to web application which is not really useful to have all applications in Web browser! One cannot easily access device and UI features In web browser application, due to security issue! Even in web browser there is no cooperation among vendors and makes users suffer!
I want clear guides on how to develop for old devices! Can i use latest Mac to develop or i need old Mac to develop? Which Xcode Versions and other tool versions are required to develop for older devices? I need an Apple website that tells all these! If you take time for to developing that web site at least provide it in the comment for now! If you provide a link i should get Information easily and not struggle!

As per the new app store guidelines : https://developer.apple.com/news/?id=01212020aCan we have iOS appliations that use rest web service for some of its core features? If apple employees can answer would be better! Even though it mentions HTMl5 i still have doubts! I require this reply urgently and i depent on it for survival!how can apple decide "Apps that dynamically provide core features and functionality with web technology like HTML5 are best delivered through Safari, rather than through the curated App Store."? Apple has no right to force peoples to use Safari for this! Native applicaiton is more better than web based application! One cannot put the full code in every ios binary application and it is difficult in maintaining application! Hope apple not stiffiles developer freedom!If we cannot use rest web service, then it is a very problematic approach and will create problems to innovation! Apple can always review the code that is in server side. It is better to bring server side app store, rather than close the server side applications entirely!If apple feels server side is creating problems to security and privacy then first stop its iCloud which shares data to FBI or other authorities without user consent!Apple cannot do over thinking as if they are trying to save peoples! If apple intervenes too much in developer freedom, then it is best to get away from apple eco system. I respect privacy and security but hope apple understands it!
