Hello,I have recently finished the development of my app and started the publishment process. It's been more than a week now and I still can't pass. Let me explain what type of app it is. It's a public poster, where people can post help posts (asking for help) or helper posts (providing help). The idea is that you can help or get helped by people in your local area. It's designed for basic stuff, like providing food or water. I have made a blocking system that doesn't allow to publish off-topic posts such as selling or providing illegal stuff.The latest response that I have got from Apple is following:To help us proceed with the review of your app, please provide detailed information to the following questions. The more information you can provide upfront, the sooner we can complete your review.- How they guarantee people requesting help can get it?- How they vet the people providing help (for the requester's safety) and how they are trained to give help (for the helper's safety)?The questions are not straight forward and I can't understand what I need to provide to pass this. App hasn't got the system of checking whether helpers can really help or they just messing around. How can you check this? and is there any app that uses a similar feature?Another question, how can I guarantee that people requesting help will get help? It's a public poster, it all depends on people themself. Any ideas of how I can pass this?
