Hi everyone. I am building an app with features that could potentially flow into section 5.3 Gambling, Lottery and Sweepstakes. Let's say I have an app with limited assets that gets released (Limited edition). Naturally some of these assets might be useful in the game and other users might want to get access to them. Can I as the owner of the app reserve the right to purchase the asset back from the original purchaser and release it back to the Players for purchase ?

I am an app developer, let's say I do a limited release of an in game asset that gains value, Can I purchase this item back from the original purchaser without breaching any "Prize" regulations set by Apple ?
