iOS 13.1 transfer to new iPhone

I plan to purchase a new iPhone later this month and need help. When I was having an issue with my iPhone 8, I tried to restore from my iTunes backup from my Mac but was not successful. Fortunately, the issue went away. However, it got me to thinking, how do I transfer everything from my existing iPhone to my new iPhone?Thanks

Siri unable to create reminders

For several weeks now, whenever I try to create a reminder, Siri reports "Sorry I wasn't able to create that reminder." Is this a known bug?

Unable to install Beta 2 on iPhone 8 after numerous attempts.

I've downloaded the profile and attempted multiple times including turning the phone off and on and when I go to Software update, it shows iOS 13.0 and NO update available. This is also happening with iPadOS 13 beta 2. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
