critical alert entitlement - Submitted twice

NEED HELP! We have submitted a request to the Critical Alert Entitlement group twice via the web-page. The first time in August 2019 [Follow up # 719134901] and second time in January 2020 [Follow-up: 727475505] - I got automatic acknowledgement but nothing else since.Who can guide me as to the other steps needed in order to get a reply, comment or resolution to the entitlement request?Appreciate any help!

We have submitted request for Critical alerts twice

Hello There,We have submitted a request for Critical alert entitlement twice, once in August 2019 Follow-up# 719134901, and once in January 2020 Follow-up #727475505. I read in the forums that it takes a while however we have not heard back since August 2019 - Can anyone help?any guidance is greatly appreciated.
