Mail shows Gmail Sent folder is empty

Been the case for the last several builds. Same on my imac and macbook. Basically, my sent folder is empty. If I send an email through Mail, it shows up in the sent folder alone for a bit, then disappears. In Gmail on the web, all sent items appear as normal. Anybody else seeing this? FWIW I have GAFYD.-J

mail not showing sent gmail

for the past several betas, nothings showing up in my sent folder. its showing up fine on ios. any ideas?

Music and TV app won't launch. They just hang. Anyone else?

This is true for both my imac and macbook, so maybe it's a large library issue?I updated the imac straight away from 10.14.4 to catalina, the macbook i updated first to 10.14.5.
