I'm trying to develop for WatchOS, but all the devices available to me are the latest version, i.e. 6.3 on the Series 2 and 7.5 on the newer ones. Why does no version of Xcode support the most recent version of WatchOS (or iOS)? Is this not what I should be expected most of my customers to be using?
I'm aware of a workaround which enables iOS 14.6 by copying a device support folder and renaming it, naively replicating these steps for WatchOS 6.3 has not worked.
Is anyone aware of a way to enable support for WatchOS 6.3 & 7.5 devices in Xcode running on MacOS 11.4?
