KeyBoard issue

In OS -> 12.3.1there is a kyboard issue. in this two button "Z and Y" location is different compare to standard keyboard button. Both buttons exchange the position.

applicationDidBecomeActive execution

applicationDidBecomeActive(_ application: UIApplication) method execute when i scroll notification controller view from up side to down and also execute when i remove that controller.But my query is this method execute when we remove the controller not when applicationWillResignActive state.
