Options to delete keywords/groups

Hello,I can't delete keywords now from the active group (also I can't copy them) and can't delete inactive group — there is simply no button for that.I think that is the really necessary option.Any plans to add it?Thanks.

Customer Support role for App Store Connect API Key?

Greetings everyone, I am curious to know why there isn't a dedicated customer support role for the Connect API Key. I want to configure responses to reviews using the API, but the only available option seems to be creating an API key with the Admin role. This approach appears excessive and potentially insecure. Has anyone attempted to contact Apple Support regarding this issue? I have made several attempts, but unfortunately, they keep redirecting me between Developer Support and Code-level support without providing a satisfactory resolution. Has anyone else had better luck with this and found a way to reach the appropriate department? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

2FA code calls with Twilio

I'm using Twilio phone numbers for 2FA codes for my accounts — Apple used to call these numbers with the 2FA code. Starting from Dec 17 Apple calls not reaching Twilio and I can't log in to my accounts. Does anybody have the same issue?

Constant logout issue

Hi all.I have an annoying issue with iTC. I can’t leave itc tab without activity even for 10 minutes, it is logging out. I can switch to it, make corrections and when I’m clicking Save – everything is gone, because itc is logged out.Is it possible to keep me in system until I press logout by myself?

Impressions attribution issue (Browse instead of Search)
