When I set UIImageView to clipsToBounds = true and layer. cornerRadius =... the parallax effect does not work on tvOS. How do I make rounded corners in UIImageView like on official apple apps?

I am writing application for changing wallpapers on phones. But there is a problem. All implementations of such applications involve the use of graphic elements in the phone’s gallery,so all this allows the user to transfer these graphic elements to other users by Bluetooth or mail. How do we implement an application to protect against changes in applications. Is it possible in ios to set wallpaper programmatically without using the gallery?
