OS11 Big Sur "Updated System Extensions Blocked"

OS11 Big Sur "Updated System Extensions Blocked". I click allow and check the items (have tried individually and all at once) it then ask to restart but all of them show back up as needed to allow in system security preferences.

ios 13.4 I have an app that failed to update. Now I can't install

ios 13.4 I have an app that failed to update. now I can't install on iphone 11 Max or delete from icloud. I've rebooted, logged out of app store icloud, rebooted again etc... The app will start downloading get 20% in and blink to icloud icon but I can't remove from icloud as it doesn't show up. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

will music sync over wifi?

IOS 13 and Catalina if I add music to the computer and or add music to the phone will it still sync over wifi if "see phone over wifi" is on. I no longer see a sync over wifi. I would hate to have to plug in everytime I wanted to sync music. Am I missng something? Any help appreciated.
